We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns in our clinic only within 30 days of purchase for free. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

We offer free returns in our clinic only. Free returns exclude Gift Cards. Free returns do not apply to international orders. There is a charge for scheduled return pickup in areas offering the service.

Return to clinic: Items purchased in our clinic must be returned in person. Items purchased online must also be returned to the clinic. Bring your original receipt. No receipt? We can use the credit card you used to make your purchase, your return label, packing slip, order or shipping confirmation email to look up your information for you.
