Managing my UPS delivery

UPS My Choice® allows you to personalize your delivery for maximum flexibility.
Benefits include:

• Receiving pre-delivery notifications of incoming packages via email, text or phone
• UPS Mobile™ App provides push notifications for timely updates
• Make changes to your delivery (date, time, location) while the package is in transit
• Sign for packages with ease

Already a member? Follow the steps below to manage your delivery:

• Visit the UPS Log In page
• Enter your Email/User ID and Password
• Click Log In
• Follow the prompts to track or manage your delivery

• You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
• Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Select the Track Shipment link provided in the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information

Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store: If your order is placed by 3:00pm in your local time zone, it will be ready for pickup that day at our clinic. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Here’s how it works:

• Place your order online 
• We receive your order 
• Your merchandise is selected from inventory and prepared for pickup 
• You are contacted when the order is ready and notified if anything changes 
• You can pick up your order at no charge curb-side
