Beginning January 1, 2022, EMC will implement a $50.00 no show fee for patients who do not come to their scheduled appointments without the requested 24 hour notice of cancellation. Our doctors are specialists and this fee is meant to motivate patients to come to their appointments or cancel with enough notice to fill the emptied appointment for another patient waiting to be seen.
Due to the ever increasing fees imposed on us by credit card companies, beginning January 1, 2022, all credit and debit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. This fee is not greater than our total cost of accepting these transactions. This surcharge fee does not apply to cash, check, or money order transactions.
