Dr. Bidar is one of the only 700 surgeons in the country who is certified by the prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) and the only one in the Central Valley as well as a member of the board of directors for the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.
